Jewel's Salad Dressing

1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Mix and store in refrigerator.
