Saucy Pork Chops

4 to 6 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 worcestershire sauce
1 med. sweet onion, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder
3 tbs. olive oil
In a mixing bowl blend soup, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper, and garlic powder to make gravy- you can add water to thin to desired consistency. In a large pan, brown pork chops in olive oil to seal in flavor and juices. When browned, reduce heat to medium low and place onion slices on top and pour gravy mix to cover pork chops. Cover pan with lid and let cook about 35-45 minutes. Check often to make sure gravy does not cook down too fast.
