Butterscotch Cookies
2 c. brown sugar
½ c. butter
2 eggs
1 level t. soda
1 t. cream of tartar
3 c. flour
Mix into a long roll. Refrigerate or freeze. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
