Butterscotch Coffee Cake
1 yellow cake mix, dry
2 eggs
1 can prepared butterscotch pudding
Mix together and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with 6 oz. of butterscotch chips. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or till tests done.
