1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light-brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cups milk
8 oz. semisweet chocolate cut into 1/2" chunks
Beat the eggs and sugars. Add the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder and salt mixture alternately with the milk. Stir in the chocolate chunks with a spatula. Put 1/4 cup batter into each cupcake paper and place in a muffin tin. Bake at 375° until done (about 20 min.)
