Peanut Butter Cookie Cupcakes

1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter
1 1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream


Beat the butter and sugar. Add the peanut butter. Add the eggs one at a time and then the vanilla. Add the flour ingredients. Mix in the sour cream. spoon scant 3 T. batter into each muffin cup. Bake for 13 minutes at 375°.

Frosting:
12 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 T. butter
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
