1 c butter

Heat oven to 350.
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Spray the foil. Place a flat layer of crackers on the foil. Melt one cup of brown sugar and one cup of butter. Bring it to a boil. Simmer for five or six minutes or until mixture is thick and the sugar is dissolved. Pour the thick mixture over the crackers and spread into an even coat. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle on the chocolate chips and spread them as they melt.
