1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 16 oz. can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
1 10 oz. can apricot halves, drained and sliced
1 8 3/4 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Few drops red food coloring.
Crisp greens.
Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften, beat in sour cream, sugar and salt. Halve cherries (reserves some for garnish). Add furit and marshmallows to cheese. Add food coloring to pale pink. Pour into loaf pan and freeze at least six hours. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Slice and place on greens. Trim with cherry and peach slice. Serves 8.
