Butter Pecan Cookies

3/4 c. butter
1 pkg (3.4 oz) INSTANT butterscotch pudding mix
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Bake at 375 for 10 -13 min.

You can also use chocolate INSTANT pudding for another delicious cookie.
